Yes, end of year means it is the season for x-mas flowers & dried flowers.
If you had visited the wholesale flower market, you probably noticed that they expanded the dried flower section. There are more variety of dried flowers than usual period of time.
Personally, I don’t really fancy dried flowers (maybe it’s because the weather here is warm and humid all year round) but only during this period(from Oct to Dec), I do enjoy incorporating dried flower into my flower arrangement.
I often air dry fresh flowers for future arrangement plan, not all the time I succeeded.
After some trial & error, here are the most “easy to air dry” flowers.
1.Statice
2. Baby’s breath
3. Gomphrena
4. Billy ball
The way to air dry above flowers is basically same.
Don’t dry under the direct sun, make sure the air go-through and hang them upside down.
Once you dried them properly, they can last more than a year.
